Brief update on the lack of updates:  Skip was planning on revising some of his own website.  I'm waiting for that to happen, in order to have current and accurate information for you.  So far, not yet.  But I haven't forgotten!

I've been eBaying for years, but only for fun, buying as much or more than selling.  Beginning this year, though, I'm trying to "go pro".  I want to sell more, and sell smarter.  So I signed up for a course.  Yeah, I know... another book by another loser, right?  I thought so, at first.  But it sounded very interesting.  Enough that I decided to seriously do some research. 

It turns out, this guy is an ebay powerseller.  He's actually lived what he's preaching.  Even better, he's STILL an ebay powerseller... he puts his money where his mouth is, each and every day.  Now I'm starting to get really interested!  Then I found out his business is one of only two that are allowed to exhibit at Ebay Live! (more on the other business another time.)  Many other things helped convince me he's the real deal.  His name is all over the search pages, most often connected with real information that I found actually useful.

So, I bought the course.  It came in printed form, by mail.  This huge binder with around 300 pages of information arrived at my door, 3 business days after I ordered it.  And on the same day it arrived, I got a phone call from the company, checking to see if I had any questions, or if they could help me in any way.  I thought, wow, that's really nice, but it's really too soon to know if I have any questions, so I didn't call them back yet.   Now here's the kicker - about 3 days after that, I got an email from a very friendly fellow.  He told me that when I bought the course, it came with my very own personal advisor... himself!  With most companies, you get your product, there's a cloud of dust, and you're left wondering "Who was that masked man?"   Not these guys!  I get my own personal trainer, and he makes it clear I can ask him for advice as much as I want.  Man, I'm just not used to getting so much value for my dollars!

Of course, you're wondering, who is this guy... and you're curious if maybe he can help you learn to ebay, or to improve how you ebay.  Personally, I think he can help pretty much anybody.  I've only read the first 100 pages so far, and I've learned so much it's fantastic.  It's got me very excited about the future, and that's something I'd lost for a while.  But I'll let you find out for yourself.  Click on the link to the right, and it'll take you to him.  His name is Skip McGrath, and I think you're really going to like him!
